All eligible hardware products purchased from Quantum OBD UK include a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 Change of Mind Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your physical product. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original accessories and packaging.

Returns requested after 14 days due to a change of mind cannot be accepted.

2.2 Non-Returnable Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, the following items are non-refundable once delivered, activated, installed, or accessed.
