At Quantum Obd, we are committed to providing high-quality automotive diagnostic hardware and software worldwide. The following policy outlines our warranty, return, and refund terms to ensure clarity and fairness for our customers.
🔧 1) Warranty Policy
✅ Coverage: All hardware products sold by Quantum Obd include a 2-year warranty.
🔄 Scope: If a manufacturing defect is found during the warranty period, we will replace the hardware with a new unit free of charge. (Terms and conditions apply)
🚫 Exclusions: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, software configuration errors, third-party alterations, or normal wear and tear.
📩 Process:
1️⃣ Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2️⃣ Contact us at obdquantum@proton.me with a clear description and photos/videos of the defect.
3️⃣ We may request the defective item to be returned before sending a replacement.
💰 2) Returns & Refunds
📅 2.1 General Policy
🗓 Cooling-Off Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
⛔ If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you simply changed your mind.
🧾 A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
ℹ️ This policy does not affect your rights regarding defective products covered under our warranty.
